These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern all services provided by Riviera Expat Services to individual and business clients. Any order implies unreserved acceptance by the client of these T&C.

Riviera Expat Services provides administrative assistance services to expatriates and foreign residents in France, particularly in the Antibes-Cannes-Grasse area.
Services include but are not limited to:
All services are subject to a prior quotation detailing the nature of services, estimated timeframes, and pricing.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
The client's signature on the quotation and payment of any deposit constitute acceptance of the order and these T&C.
Prices are stated in euros and correspond to services as described in the quotation.
Prices do not include official administrative fees (fiscal stamps, taxes, registration fees) which remain the client's responsibility.
Payment is accepted by:
For package services, a 50% deposit may be required upon order.
The balance is due upon completion of services or according to the schedule specified in the quotation.

Riviera Expat Services' services are subject to a best efforts obligation, not an obligation of result.
Riviera Expat Services cannot be held responsible for:
Communicated timeframes are indicative and depend on the responsiveness of administrative bodies.
Riviera Expat Services cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to administrative services or the client themselves.
Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing (email or registered mail).
In case of cancellation:
Riviera Expat Services commits to processing clients' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Collected data is necessary for service execution and is not retained beyond the necessary duration.
Clients have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting Riviera Expat Services.
Riviera Expat Services commits to the strictest confidentiality regarding all information and documents provided by the client.
Riviera Expat Services is covered by professional liability insurance.
In case of proven damage attributable to Riviera Expat Services, liability is limited to the amount of services actually paid by the client.
Any complaint must be addressed in writing to Riviera Expat Services within 30 days following service completion.
Riviera Expat Services commits to responding within 15 days.
In case of dispute, the client may use a free consumer mediation service, details of which are available upon request.
These T&C are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the competent court shall be that of the jurisdiction where Riviera Expat Services' registered office is located.
